Job Description
- Manage and monitor enterprise LAN / WAN / WLAN infrastructure for performance and availability.
- Configure and troubleshoot routers, switches, OSPF, BGP, VLANs, and STP.
- Administer Fortinet FortiGate firewalls, including policies, NAT, IPS, and VPN.
- Design and manage SD-WAN, ISP / MPLS links, and network connectivity.
- Lead, mentor, and manage network engineers and administrators.
- Handle network incidents, monitoring, troubleshooting, and root cause analysis.
- Manage OEM/ISP vendors, AMCS, procurement, and service levels.
- Maintain network diagrams, configurations, SOPs, and security / audit documentation.
- Ensure compliance with ITIL-based incident, change, and problem management processes.
Qualification
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, IT, Electronics, or equivalent
Certification
- Routing & Switching | Network Security | FortiGate | SD-WAN | LAN / WAN / WLAN | OSPF | BGP | VLAN | VPN | Network Monitoring | ITIL
- CCNA / CCNP | Fortinet NSE / FortiGate | SD-WAN Certification | ITIL Foundation
