• Expert in Oracle and PostgreSQL database development and administration, with strong SQL, PL/SQL, and PL/pgSQL skills for crafting complex stored procedures, functions, packages, triggers, and views; • Proficient in performance tuning, query optimization, partitioning, indexing, materialized views, and query plan analysis; • Experienced in Oracle-to-PostgreSQL migrations, data replication, and tools like pgAdmin, Oracle SQL Developer, and DBeaver; • Plus working knowledge of REST APIs and backend integration via Python or Java.
